By using militia.ai (the “Site”), operated by Militia Marketing, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site. Use of the Militia COC product is governed by a separate agreement.

The interactive demo shows the product on an invented organization. Every person, office, figure and transaction in it is fictional and illustrative. Nothing in it is an earnings claim, a performance claim or a representation of any real person’s results.

The Site, its design, text, code and marks belong to Militia Marketing. Product names of third parties are used only to describe integrations and belong to their owners. You may link to the Site; please don’t copy or republish it without permission.

The Site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate, but descriptions of the product may change, and features shown may differ by plan and configuration.

To the extent the law allows, Militia Marketing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
