This notice explains what militia.ai (the “Site”), operated by Militia Marketing (“Militia”, “we”, “us”), collects when you visit. It covers this Site only. The Militia COC platform has its own privacy policy, which governs the product itself.
02 · What we collect
Analytics. We use Netlify Analytics, which counts page views and visitors from the server logs of our host. Nothing runs in your browser for it: no script, no cookie, no profile of you.
Briefing requests. When you submit the briefing form, the details you enter (name, work email, company, industry, team size and any message) are sent to our team by Slack and by email so we can reply. They are not stored on this Site.
Hosting logs. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.
03 · What we don’t do
- No advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
- No sale of personal information.
- Nothing you do in the demo phone leaves your browser. Every person in it is invented.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have a briefing request deleted from our inboxes, email privacy@militia.marketing.
