These terms govern purchases made through militia.ai for Drop 001 and the Militia Mystery Box. By placing an order you agree to them.
Drop 001 ships within the United States only. Shipping is a flat $4 per order, added at checkout.
Orders are processed after the drop window closes. Estimated fulfillment is 2–4 weeks from order date. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.
The Mystery Box is made to order and ships in 2–3 weeks. It opens for a limited 24-hour window after Drop 001 sells out. Contents are randomized from the mystery set; your chosen tier helps determine what ships. You request a size at checkout, which we fill when available. Delivery is unmarked.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Incorrect addresses entered at checkout may delay or forfeit delivery.
Drop 001 is a limited, one-time issue of 44 units with no restock. All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right (repair, replacement while supplies last, or refund at our discretion).
The Mystery Box is also final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.
When you request clearance or join a waitlist on militia.ai, you provide your email address and consent to receive marketing and drop-related email from MILITIA. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We do not run an SMS/text-message marketing program and do not send marketing texts. By opting in you confirm you are 18 or older.
We collect your email, name, and shipping/payment details to process orders and to send updates and marketing you've opted into. If you enter a phone number at checkout, we use it only for order and delivery matters — not marketing texts.
We do not sell your personal information. You may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.
